2. Order what you like and show the app at the counter.
3. Get money back in the app and use it on a future order.

Money back on every order
How much you get depends on your loyalty level: you start at 10% and can reach 20%.
At the first level, it looks like this:
- 40 lei order → 4 lei back
- 70 lei order → 7 lei back
The money is added to the app automatically as soon as you pay. You can use it on a future order for anything you want from the menu.
The more you order, the more you get back
Madre Loyalty has three levels. You start at Bronze and move up as you order:

As a Madre Loyalty member, you get access to special offers in the app. You still get money back when you use them, based on the amount you pay.
Limited offers
New offers appear in the app for a limited time. Open the app to see what’s available.
Madre Days
From time to time, you get twice as much money back. We’ll notify you before they start.
Spin the wheel. You might win something good.
You get one free spin in the app every week. You could win a free product, an upgrade to your order, or a discount.
The wheel resets every Monday, giving you a new chance to win.
The monthly Madre champions leaderboard
Every month, the app counts how many burritos you order. The 10 members who have ordered the most burritos win prizes at the end of the month.
The leaderboard resets on the first day of each month, and the game starts again.

What is the Madre Loyalty program?

With every order, you get money back in the app based on your loyalty level. The money appears immediately after you pay, and you can use it on a future order for anything you’re craving from the menu.
Plus, you get special offers, bonuses and surprises exclusively for Madre Loyalty members.
How do you join Madre Loyalty?
It’s simple:
1. Download the Madre Loyalty app for iOS or Android.
2. Sign up.
3. Activate your account and get your welcome bonus immediately.
How do you get money back in the app?
Order at the counter, get money back in the app.
Show the app at the counter when you order. How much you get back depends on your Madre Loyalty level:
🥉 Bronze: 10%
🥈 Silver: 15%
🥇 Gold: 20%
On a 50 lei order, you get 5 lei back at Bronze, 7.50 lei at Silver or 10 lei at Gold.
The money is automatically added to the app immediately after you pay. You can use it on a future order for anything on the menu: show the app at the counter, and the amount you use is deducted from your total.
How do you use the money in the app?
On a future order, show the app at the counter and let the staff know you’d like to use the money you’ve accumulated. The amount you use is deducted from your total. You can spend it on anything you want from the menu.
How do you level up?
Every order helps you progress toward the next level. The app tracks your progress and notifies you when you reach it.
You can check your level in the app at any time.
As a Madre Loyalty member, do I also get special offers?
Yes. You get special offers in the app, exclusively for Madre Loyalty members.
You also get money back on these orders, based on the amount you actually pay.
Do I get a birthday bonus?
Yes. On your birthday, you receive bonus money in the app that you can use for anything you want from the menu.
Where can I check my balance and rewards?
In the app, under “My Profile”. You can see your available balance, loyalty level, order history and rewards there.
Does the money in the app expire?
A: No. The money stays in the app until you use it. You can spend it whenever you want, on anything you’re craving from the menu.
How do I invite a friend to join Madre Loyalty?
Share your personal code from the app. When your friend uses it on their first order, you both receive bonus money in the app.
The bonus only applies if your friend has a new account.
