Ordering
Products available for ordering are displayed on burritomadre.ro.
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, telephone number, delivery or pickup details and any other information required to fulfil your order.

An order is considered accepted when you receive confirmation that the order has been successfully submitted and accepted by us.

- We are unable to fulfil the order due to operational or technical circumstances

If an ordered product or ingredient is unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative or remove the unavailable item from your order.
Menus, products, ingredients, availability and prices may vary between restaurant locations and may change without prior notice.
Prices
All prices displayed on burritomadre.ro are shown in the applicable local currency and include VAT where required by law, unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Any applicable delivery fee or other charge will be clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.
Payment
Payment for orders is made using the payment methods available at the relevant restaurant or upon delivery or collection, as applicable.
Burrito Madre Romania does not currently process online payments through burritomadre.ro.
Delivery
Delivery is available only within designated delivery areas.
The estimated delivery time shown when ordering is provided for guidance only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on order volume, traffic, weather conditions, restaurant capacity and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a telephone number where you can be reached.
If we are unable to complete delivery because the address provided is incorrect, access to the location is not possible, or you cannot be reached within a reasonable period of time, the order may be considered fulfilled or cancelled, depending on the circumstances.
For safety and access reasons, deliveries to certain buildings, offices, hotels or similar locations may be made to the main entrance or reception area.
Collection Orders
If you select collection, you are responsible for choosing the correct restaurant location when placing your order.
Please collect your order within the indicated collection period wherever possible.
Order Cancellation or Modification
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us or the relevant restaurant as soon as possible.
An order may only be cancelled or modified before preparation has started.
Once food preparation has begun, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the order.
Because our products consist primarily of freshly prepared food and other goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance purchases does not generally apply to these products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Romanian or European Union law.
Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Information about allergens may be available on our website, menu or from restaurant staff.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, please inform us when placing your order and, where appropriate, speak directly with our staff.
Although we take reasonable precautions when preparing food, our kitchens handle multiple ingredients and allergens. We therefore cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens unless expressly stated otherwise.
